About This Baijiu
Xi Jiu Jiaocang 1988 is a premium Jiangxiangxing Baijiu produced by Guizhou Xijiu Co., Ltd. in Xijiu Town, Xishui County, Guizhou Province. Made in the heart of the traditional sauce-aroma baijiu region along the Chishui River, it is crafted from premium glutinous sorghum, wheat and water using traditional solid-state fermentation.
The spirit combines selected aged cellar-stored vintages with premium base liquors, carefully blended to create the rich, mature and harmonious character associated with the Jiaocang 1988 expression.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Pronounced Jiangxiang character with an aged fragrance and subtle roasted notes.
Palate: Rich, full-bodied and exceptionally smooth, with layered savoury and roasted nuances.
Finish: Clean and refined with a long, lingering aroma.

Guizhou Xijiu Co., Ltd. is based in Xijiu Town in Xishui County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. Located within the Chishui River baijiu-producing region, the producer specialises in traditional Jiangxiangxing Baijiu, using glutinous sorghum, wheat and established solid-state fermentation techniques.
