葡萄来自位于东面斜坡上的一块歌海娜葡萄藤。薄薄的棕色壤土表层覆盖着古老的大理石和铁矿石层，产出产量较低的小粒歌海娜。这可以酿造出风味浓郁的葡萄酒，典型的 Greenock Creek 风格。果实采摘后去梗，发酵 7-10 天，每天泵入两次。装瓶前，将葡萄酒压入法国和美国橡木桶中，陈化 8 个月。这是一款芳香四溢的葡萄酒，带有红色水果和温暖的香料味。口感上，覆盆子和桑葚果香与粉状单宁交织在一起。余味清新细腻。现在饮用至 2028 年。
