The 2026 Georgia's Paddock Riesling presents a distinctly different expression from the 2025 vintage. Picked early and naturally fermented, it sits in the off-dry spectrum, combining bright natural acidity with residual sweetness that brings greater generosity, mouthfeel and palate weight.

Jasper Hill: “A polar opposite wine to the 2025, this Riesling shows that no two vintages are the same. While also picked early, this naturally fermented Riesling sits in the off dry category. Still very much in the lemon-citrus wheelhouse and carrying plenty of natural acidity, the residual sugar allows for a generous mouth feel and palate weight.”
