About This Wine
Chianti DOCG Bio/Organic from Tuscany, produced in the hills and plateaus of the Arezzo area.
Grapes: Sangiovese 75%, and other grapes allowed by rules.
Traditional vinification with maceration of the crushed grapes – Metodo Ganimede – with strict control of fermentation temperature.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Brilliant ruby red color.
Smell: Vinous, with hints of violets and small red fruits.
Taste: Sapid, slightly tannic, harmonic with a good structure.
