TOR is an old English term for a prominent rocky outcrop or peak, many of which stand sentinel over the vines at Granite Hills. Wines under this label represent the pinnacle of our winemaking.

Granite soils and a long cool ripening season instill in our Chardonnay a special purity and focus of favour. Gentle winemaking and French oak use are evident in this wine's refined bouquet, texture, and balance.
