The color is a vibrant, deep ruby red with a touch of crimson. The aroma is lifted with fresh mint, eucalyptus, and spice. The palate is soft and well-balanced, featuring flavors of blackberries and cassis with smooth, supple tannins. This wine is a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
The 2021 Musician has won the Cowra Wine Show’s Imperial Hotel Trophy for Best Dry Red Blend in both 2022 and 2023. It also received the Royal Adelaide Wine Show Dr. Ray Beckwith OAM Memorial Trophy for Best Traditional Australian Red Blend, along with five gold medals and one bronze on the wine show circuit so far.
