2019 年 Bouley 的 Volnay Village 酒散发着覆盆子和李子的香气，夹杂着淡淡的橙皮、甜香料和森林地表的香气，这是一款中等至浓郁的葡萄酒，口感柔和、浑然一体，活泼而有穿透力，余味悠长，带有咸味。正如我之前所写，这款混合酒融合了 Poisots、Famines 和 Cros Martin 的肥沃粘土土壤和 Clos de Chênes 上方较薄、较白的 Ez Blanches 土壤；但在 2019 年，这款酒的基调由 Ez Blanches 决定，即使它只占混合物的三分之一。
