我们最古老的高密度黑皮诺葡萄园拥有 12 种不同的克隆品种，生长在红色铁质火山土壤中。这款葡萄酒采用 100% 整颗浆果进行自然发酵，然后在法国橡木桶中陈化 18 个月，然后于 2018 年 11 月装瓶，未经澄清和过滤。
闻起来，可以闻到浓郁的甜红色水果、茴香、苏巴斯和石墨的味道。口感中散发出浓郁的红色水果、熟食、血李和莫雷洛樱桃的味道，与中国五香粉和非凡的矿物质交织在一起。细腻持久的白垩单宁包裹着口感，创造出一款持久而有张力的强劲葡萄酒，非常适合陈酿。
