产量极小：最初是作为“业余爱好酒”酿造的。品种浓郁，花香浓郁，清新而深邃。天然酸度为主要特点。矿物味明显。口感悠长。瓶中陈酿四年后，口感会变得“肥厚”，有嚼劲。

背景： Leongatha Vineyard 葡萄园；9,000 株葡萄树/公顷；小块地块产量约为 1.0 吨/英亩。葡萄酒温和，酸度适宜；通常在橡木桶中发酵，然后在不锈钢桶中发酵约 12 个月。

酿酒师笔记：风味十足，品种丰富。酸度适中，花香、果香和芳香的平衡圆润，让您在“后味”之外也能感受到持久的芳香。这些琼瑶浆在瓶中陈酿约三年后会形成奶油状质地。澳大利亚独有的风格。
