Lake's Folly Cabernets 是赤霞珠、梅洛、小维铎和西拉的混合酒，采用庄园种植的低产手工采摘葡萄酿制而成。果实经过开放式发酵，产生更柔和、更细腻的单宁，然后在大型旧桶中陈酿六个月。然后在法国小橡木桶（新橡木桶和一至两年旧橡木桶）中陈酿约一年，然后装瓶。这款葡萄酒具有极佳的长期窖藏潜力，根据年份不同，最长可陈酿 20 年。
