Tasting Notes
COLOURS parkling gold
NOSE Dried orange, orchard fruits, sticky caramel, white peach syrup and baked patisserie goods.
PALATE Bright citrus with banana, pineapple and sweet apple, decked with Victoria sponge cake and white chocolate mousse.
FINISH Gooey toffee and ripe tropical fruits develop towards a long, rich, sweetly spiced malt finish.
FOOD MATCH Creamy Tuscan chicken with a squeeze of lemon, followed by an old English tea cake dusted lightly with powdered cinnamon.
