About This Brandy
Sullivans Cove XO TDB0033 is a Tasmanian single cask brandy created through a partnership between Sullivans Cove Distillery and Tasmania's local wine industry. Distilled from Tasmanian wine and matured in a hand-selected Australian wine cask, this individually matured single cask expression was aged for over ten years before bottling.
Rich, dark and complex, TDB0033 reflects the individuality of its cask and the extended maturation behind Sullivans Cove's XO Single Cask Brandy. The brandy is non-chill filtered and presented in its original Sullivans Cove gift box.
About the Distillery
Founded in 1994, Sullivans Cove is a Tasmanian distillery based in Cambridge, Tasmania. Alongside its internationally recognised single malt whisky, the distillery has produced Tasmanian brandy using locally sourced wine and carefully selected maturation casks, applying its single cask philosophy to spirits beyond whisky.
