One of four styles of rieslings made each year at Pressing Matters. Off-dry in sweetness—at 9 g/L in residual sugar—and made from single vineyard fruit from our property in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania.
Our most popular style of all four rieslings, for the harmonious interplay of acid and natural sweetness, this wine is a beautiful pair for flavourful fish dishes with a hint of spice, and smoked charcuterie meats, like speck.
