A exciting blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Gewürztraminer, co-fermented with natural wild yeast. The grapes are grown in a single, estate-owned vineyard in the King Valley. A lovingly crafted, minimal intervention wine.
A little funky and fun, it's a perfect match for a sunny summer's day, enjoyed with friends and family!
The wine is undisgorged, and very lively. So make sure you open the bottle over a sink or outdoors and have a glass ready!

Crafted with minimal intervention in the Petillant Naturale (Pet Nat) method. King Valley grown Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer is co-fermented and not disgorged.
