Overview
Georgia's Paddock Nebbiolo is Jasper Hill's Heathcote expression of the variety, combining aromatic lift and bright fruit with the firm tannin structure characteristic of the 2025 release. Rose, dark cherry and ripe red currant lead into bold tannins, oak spice and a smoky, flinty finish.
