Sourcing their fruit from the cooler subregions of the Yarra Valley, where the vineyard is situated, this Pinot Noir showcases varietal character and unique terroir.
About the Winemakers:
Dylan McMahon, grandson to Dr. Peter McMahon, who planted the first vines at Seville Estate in 1972, followed his destiny to winemaking. After working with remarkable winemaker mentors, he became Seville Estate's Winemaker in 2004. Matt Burton brings 16 years of experience, including time in the United States and France, to collaborate and craft wines like this Pinot Noir.
