A wine with great density and depth, fruit for the 2021 Vin Rouge was sourced across multiple regions in France. A rich palate with balanced tannins. Explore red fruits of strawberry, cranberry and cherry with integrated oak giving coffee and mocha characters.
Pair with: BBQ Lamb Kebab or Grilled Eggplant & Halloumi.

Ruby red. Deep crimson core Lifted, bright, and highly aromatic. Notes of oregano and coriander seed. A suggestion of florals, violets, lavender with a hint of mulberry leaf. Finely ground black pepper, toasted sourdough rye bread. A rich palate with sweet fruits and balanced tannins. Spring blossom and jasmine tea leaves vie for attention. Red fruits spanning strawberry, cranberry, pomegranate, and cherry. Oak is integrated, manifesting in coffee and mocha characters. Rich with a generous mid-palate.
