Produced by Drew Noon at Noon Winery, this flagship wine is sourced from exceptional old-vine vineyards in Langhorne Creek, a region renowned for producing Cabernet Sauvignon of remarkable concentration, structure, and longevity.

Only produced in vintages that meet the estate's exacting standards, the Reserve Cabernet represents the pinnacle of the Noon portfolio. The outstanding 2021 vintage delivered near-perfect growing conditions, resulting in fruit of exceptional purity, balance, and intensity.

Hand-harvested fruit was carefully sorted and fermented before maturation in premium French oak. The focus remains firmly on vineyard expression, allowing the character of Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon to shine through.
