Vinification   
The two grape varieties are fermented separately. After the maceration fermentation, the assemblage takes place in the spring. The Camarcanda is then aged for 18 months in new and lightly used barriques, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.

This magnificent Bordeaux blend, made of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc, shines in an intense ruby red with a violet hue. The nose reveals delicate aromas of cassis, dark forest berries, tobacco, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is powerful, with abundant fruit, a vibrant acidity, and finely woven tannins. The finish is long and concentrated. A masterpiece.
