APPEARANCE
Deep red with a pale pink-red hue.
AROMA
The wine is perfumed, showing spiced dark cherries, subtle toasty oak, with
a complex and savoury whole bunch earthy/lees character.
PALATE
The palate is long, showing dark berry fruits, nutmeg spice and hints of
earthiness from the whole bunch. Defined tannins help to provide definition
and length.
CELLARING
This is complex Pinot Noir that will age over the medium to long term.

REGION
This wine is produced from the Syme on Yarra vineyard in the Upper Yarra
Valley. Situated on the red volcanic soils of Seville, this East facing block
