Edouard and his wife Eleni have Chablis running through their veins. Domaine Vocoret is a well established large estate, which when entering Chablis town from the North is impossible to miss.
The 2020 Chablis Boucheran, from vines located between Montmains and Vaillons, has a refined bouquet of lovely yellow flower, chamomile and light earthy scents. The palate is well balanced with a lilting opening and passion fruit and pineapple flavours. Refined and open towards the finish. Drink this early �you will not be disappointed.
