History and tradition, if the Rugiens is the Grand Cru of Pommard, the Grand Epenots is the archetype of the appellation and the Pézerolles is the outsider.
Soil: composed of clay and silt, the texture and structure of this terroir is ideal agronomically and easy to work. With these characteristics, this terroir makes it possible to produce fruity, fine and elegant wines.
