At first, the wine presents subtle aromas of tart apple and smoke, which mellow with air to unveil lively notes of pear, quince, and tangerine. Crafted from 100% Marsanne sourced from three distinct Hermitage sites, it is both opulent and fresh, highlighted by hints of walnut, pastry, and dried ginger. Fermented and aged partly in oak, this wine is a uniquely precise representation of Hermitage that is expected to develop further complexity over the coming decades.
