2017 Bindi Darshan Pinot Noir 750ml

This wine is deeply sentimental, originating from a vineyard planted during a highly emotional period. Darshan, an exceptionally densely planted vineyard (ranging from 11,300 to 22,600 vines per hectare), is located next to our house and honors our esteemed mentor and Bindi founder, Bill Dhillon. The 2017 vintage offers a complex bouquet of wild strawberry, black cherry, dried flowers, leather, and a hint of prune. After seven years, the palate has become silky smooth while maintaining its freshness and vitality. It is exceptionally long and beautifully textured, with fine, supple, and persistent tannins. The 2017 season was long, cool, and refined, mirroring the wine's elegance. Historically, this 2017 vintage is expected to remain excellent for another six years and, if properly cellared, even longer.
