The 2014 Noon Winery Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a rare and highly collectible release crafted from premium old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in Langhorne Creek. Produced by Drew Noon, this flagship wine showcases the depth, structure, and elegance that have made Noon Winery one of Australia's most respected boutique producers.

The excellent 2014 vintage provided ideal ripening conditions, producing fruit with outstanding concentration, balance, and tannin maturity. Extended maturation in French oak has contributed complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit.

The bouquet displays intense aromas of cassis, blackberry, dark plum, cedar, graphite, tobacco leaf, violets, and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with concentrated dark fruit, refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
