A powerful Ebenezer Shiraz from 125-year-old vines, with intense blackberry, black cherry, cassis, clove, baking spice, liquorice, bay leaf, earth, dark soy, smoked meats and dried herbs. Full-weight and dense, yet balanced by acidity and fine drive.
