Ao Yun is a Chinese winery that produces a single red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Himalayan foothills near the Mekong River. The wine has a bold, ripe, and elegant flavor and is known for its high alcohol content. The name "Ao Yun" translates to "flying above the clouds.". It's made of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, and reflects the unique terroir.
