Nestled in quartz-riddled soils atop sandstone, mudstone, and clay, Bindi’s Block 5 vineyard is a vibrant tapestry of microbes and minerals, infusing vitality and significance into the wines. The Block 5 Pinot Noir undergoes maturation for approximately 15 to 17 months in a blend of new (35%) and seasoned French oak. Distinctive for its spicy, earthy profile, accompanied by notes of redcurrant and black cherry fruits, the wine showcases silky, fine, yet enduring textures, embodying an understated yet powerful style.
