Critic tasting note: A blend of Cab, with Cab Franc and Merlot making up the balance in equal parts. Its smooth, claylike texture is just excellent, and the fruit's mochalike accents are quite pretty. Feels warm on both the nose and the palate, though it's only alcohol.
