Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine bubbly stable mousse. On the nose there is fine bakery, a touch of orange and stone fruit, fine nutty aromas, very multifaceted, mineral nuances. Complex, juicy texture, rich on the palate and endowed with extractive sweetness, fine acid core, notes of yellow tropical fruit, a delicate touch of caramel, hazelnut oil and dry herbs on the finish, a wine of great complexity and length, perfectly developed. - 98/100, Falstaff
